The Centre for Contemporary Art is a independent non-profit visual art organisation set up in December 2007 and its situated in Lagos State Nigeria.

This organisation is set up as a platform to provide for the development, presentation and discussion of contemporary virtual art and culture, photography, film and video, performance and installation art.

Centre for Contemporary Art, Lagos has set up one of the fastest growing independent libraries in West Africa specializing in the visual arts. The library contains over 4000 books, catalogues, brochures, journals and art videos with a strong focus on Nigeria and the African continent.

However, the CCA is on a project to bring the traditional art into the contemporary art, it has had visitors from Stanford University California (MBA students), Yabatech student, Fedral College of Education, Akoka, students from University of Lagos and many more.
