Art Events In Lagos This Weekend (June25-June29)

The weekend is the time to wind down, relax and have some fun. While some people’s idea of fun is laying in bed all weekend, others (like us at CraftsVillage) love to go out, in search of one of the next best event, activity or place to learn as well as catch some fun. In our new column, find out the best art related happenings, places to visit, showings, exhibitions, etc. We will basically run down the list of art events happening all week and how to have the perfect weekend in Lagos, Nigeria. For this week, we go through all events happening until the end of June. We hope you have a fun weekend!

ArtMesh June 2022 is dedicated to the voices of the youths on the politics of Nigeria, Africa and the youths. Are you not politicking too?

The June Edition of ArtMesh is another avenue for creatives in the state and in Nigeria to come share their creative works on politics. How it affects creatives, why it does and what we can do about it. It is another avenue for creatives to speak their truth, tell their stories on the theme.

The dream for ArtMesh is that someday it grows to be the standard for open-mic and creative sessions in Africa. Guests are promised an exciting time on this month’s edition, so feel free to attend with family and friends.
